Over the past 17 years as a real estate Broker, I have worked within Keller Williams Realty for 14 of them. It has been a growth experience for me personally, as well as from a business prospective. Having launched three offices in Chicago, IL, Palo Alto, CA and Alexandria, VA it has given me a national prospective on our company and within our industry. Over the past eight years, I have served on the Board of Directors of NVAR and VAR just finishing up my tenure as the Chairman of RPAC for the State of Virginia. I do believe you should be involved in the policies and politics of real estate to protect one of our most sacred rights – home ownership.

As Operating Principal it is my responsibility to cast the vision, secure the financial stability and accountability of our business. This enables us to set goals and exceed them and provide a firm path toward profitability and profit sharing among our agents and owners.

While I live with my wife Nicole, who is also a Realtor, and our dogs Winston and Patton in Alexandria, you will see me in and out of the market centers on weekly basis.
